Michael Langan-Hypnotic sequencing of stills

Michael Langan is an up and coming, award-winning animator, and was a guest speaker in Fall 2010 for Time class.  Check out his mesmerizing use of still photographs in Dahlia and others.
He also created a trailer for the Ann Arbor Film Festival and a "how it was made" film.  Both are excellent:
